The Politician in Contemporary Western Society of the Recent Past and Today. But who was the politician of the past and who is the politician of today?
Speaking of the great countries that have signed the history of the past and present in the West, certainly it is a figure of high intellectual standing, with a university academic education and an experience as an internship in the party structures of the architecture of Western democratic states. It generally starts from positions of communal or municipal assessor of small cities to then occupy positions of relevance as mayor, and from there the regional peak and finally the national one.
In a structured or daring way, for those who start or arrive from the municipal base of suburban city realities, the path is the same with a strong propensity for the real problems of the citizens of suburban cities and their well-being.
For municipalities of central cities, large cities or even "city states" of a few million citizens, the music changes, and the politician on duty who left or arrived directly from that reality, finds himself having to deal with a reality that is beyond the scope of studies and academic management skills.
In fact, the scenario is totally different from that described in university books on political science, economics and commerce, business economics or public administration economics.
The music changes because the politician of the moment has to deal with everything that is not written in history books, economics books, public administration management books, law and regulation books.
Usually, he or she is a young person with great hopes who believes he or she has all the necessary knowledge and ideas to change the city or region for the better.
It takes on average a couple of weeks to understand that managing a large city is damned difficult, and if it is someone who holds fast to his or her word given to the voters and wants to maintain his or her political line, the undertaking becomes titanic.
The politician in fact has a basic fundamental defect, which is a "visual and information myopia" that prevents him from seeing all the operators in the field and their opposing interests. If we then take into account that he knows the history of the city, nation and continent to which he belongs from the historical books of the academic formation, rather than speaking of "myopia" I would speak of absolute blindness.
In fact, almost none of them understand and can see the operators and stakeholders who are the winners of the second mandible war, who have never left the place even if they cannot be seen.
A presence that is immediately felt by the politician who is vaccinated to lead a large city, with an impact of national and even international importance, which starts immediately with 24-hour espionage, and subsequent support of collaborators who are bearers of the interests of those who have never left the place since the victory of the Second World War.
Support that starts in a soft version and then blossoms into a real action of continuous and perpetual threat and reward, which ranges from threats to the dearest people, to threats to one's personal interests, and finally to threats to the safety of the politician's life itself. All of this in a continuous and perpetual manner.
If you are even just going to be the mayor of a medium or large city that has national or international relevance, your personal life is sifted through for the dossier and collection of personal information that will then be used for blackmail and perpetual and constant threats for the entire period of time regarding the management of the city or region.
The first impression and question of the politician who is about to govern is: but where is it written that I have to take orders from these people and where is it written that I have to do what they say?
This generally happens before "they", the stakeholders and winners of the Second World War who never left the place, that city or that region, reveal to the politician on duty what they have found in their dossier activity for the implementation of the blackmail action or continuous and perpetual threat.
Well, trust me, they always find something, and if they don't find it, they proceed to the artificial construction and fabrication of false or true evidence, whether of legal or public relevance, but always functional to blackmail and continuous and perpetual threat.
So, you are young, pure of heart and soul, but you are about to enter politics and manage your first city, region or national reality and you are already in a circle and in a bubble of negativity that will poison your daily breathing, your mind and your heart.
The stakeholders of those who won the Second World War are still there, and you have never noticed this, and today that you are involved in city, regional or national politics, you still continue not to see them but you feel their presence heavily.
The politician on duty, with a high-level academic education, already at the beginning sins of "strong asymmetry of information" on the fundamentals that I recall are fundamental.
The history of the place, city, region or nation of the Western Society, the information set available post-graduate, post-master, post-doctoral is completely misleading and idealistic that does not taint with reality at all, and the politician of the moment who is about to govern is completely unaware of it.
If then, we assume that the politician in question gives in to the action of riches and threats and follows the orders of the interest holders, winners of the Second World War who have never left the place, and does exactly what they order by betraying the citizens, the electoral promises made and the political program idealized for his mandate, technically the end of his political career should come due to rejection by his voters.
Well, it is not exactly like that, because the politician of the moment who has perfectly achieved the electoral mandate, betraying the voters and their mandate, but fulfilling the political program imposed by the interest holders and winners of the Second World War, will certainly be rejected at the local and city level, but will be rewarded at the national level by a system of subsidies, promotion of a preferential lane artfully constructed, for all the "yes men" of the interest holders and winners of the Second World War who have never left the place, city, region, town of the Western Society.
The point is that, in international politics and geopolitics, the stakeholders victors of the Second World War have a say and must be listened.
